Veialu is an award-winning Senior Creative Producer, developing and delivering high-impact promo and brand campaigns for two of Australia's largest broadcast+digital networks, Nine and 10.

With 20 years of experience in creative concept development, scriptwriting, video editing, directing, production management, and cross-team collaboration, she brings creative ideas to life from the first spark to the final cut.

From the first spark of an idea to the final cut, I shape the storytelling and oversee the full production process.

Winner of two Gold PromaxBDA Awards, Veialu directed channel brand campaigns, helped launch TV channels and many of Australia's most-loved shows — from Married at First Sight and The Block to Bondi Rescue, The Voice Australia, Big Miracles, and more.

FILM FESTIVAL SCREENER

INDIGENOUS & PASIFIKA FESTIVALS

A passionate advocate for Indigenous cinema, Veialu served as a film screener evaluating short and feature-length films for the 2024 and 2025 Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival and the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts (FestPAC), the world's largest celebration of Indigenous Pacific Islanders.

CREATIVE WRITING

WRITING A NOVEL, FICTION, INDIGENOUS

Veialu was awarded the 2025 Faber Writing A Novel Scholarship. Presented by Australia's leading independent publishing house Allen & Unwin in partnership with the prestigious UK publishers Faber & Faber.

She is currently working on her first manuscript.

MENTOR

ARMED WITH A CAMERA FELLOWSHIP, LOS ANGELES

Veialu was a mentor for the 2023-2024 Armed With A Camera Fellowship (AWC) in Los Angeles, a program run by the pioneering media arts organisation VCmedia.org.

For over 20 years, this annual fellowship has supported Asian & Pacific Islander filmmakers who empower communities & challenge perspectives. Veialu is also an AWC alum herself.
